Kavuri swears to continue in Congress

Eluru MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao on Thursday announced that he was continuing in Congress party as he withdrew his resignation.

Kavuri had announced his resignation after he was denied a berth in the Central Cabinet. Kavuri said he could not understand why he was not given the minister post. Replying to a question, the MP said moral values were declining day by day in politics and said Sonia Gandhi and KCR should know when Telangana state would be formed. He, however, maintained that it would be better to keep the state united.
