JP slams AP's land acquisition spree

Lok Satta national president Jaya Prakash Narayan said a good state capital could be build in just 3000 acres and indiscriminate land acquisition was useless.

He said his party would launch an agitation if the government goes on an indiscriminate land acquisition spree.

“Only 2,000 to 3,000 acres of land is enough for the capital.Why is the government collecting 30,000 acres of land for the capital? Is it to benefit the realtors?” asked JP.

He was the chief guest at the 8th Anniversary of the party held in Guntu ron Saturday.
