Jail term for 6 in Guntur gang-rape case
In a sensational verdict, the Guntur district court on Wednesday convicted six persons in a gang-rape case.
The court sentenced two persons to life imprisonment, two others for 14 years and the remaining two persons for 10 year jail term in the gang-rape case. According to the prosecution, the culprits had allegedly resorted to molestation on two minor girls in the district. The court convicted all the six persons and sentenced them jail term and also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 and Rs 75,000.
