Jagan moves bail plea in CBI court
YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday filed two separate petitions seeking bail in a special CBI court in Hyderabad in connection with a quid pro quo case against him.
In the two petitions, one was a statutory bail petition and the other was ordinary bail petition on the charge sheet.
Lawyers of Y S Jagan today moved a bail petition in the court and said under section of 167(2) of CrPc, bail should be given after 90 days.
In the bail petition, YS Jagan alleged that the CBI was delaying the bail to him, in the name of investigation. He also said that as he has completed 90 days he filed the petition. Earlier, when he filed petition in the Supreme Court, he had not completed 90 days.
