Jadcherla TDP MLA Erra Shekhar surrenders to police

Jadcherla TDP MLA Erra Shekhar, a prime accused in the murder of his younger brother Jagan Mohan surrendered before the district SP on Monday.

Erra Shekhar's brother Mohan, was shot dead at Devarkadra in Mahbubnagar district last month. The TDP MLA went into hiding from the time a murder case was filed against him.

Recently, the Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed his anticipatory bail petition.

The police are likely to produce him before the court soon.
