IYR as CS, JV Ramudu as DGP ?

  Senior IAS officer I.Y.R.Krishna Rao and IPS officer J.V.Ramudu are likely to be appointed as the first chief secretary and the first DGP respectively of Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh chief minister designate N.Chandrababu Naidu met the governor E.S.L.Narasimhan on Saturday at Raj Bhavan. Issues like appointment of chief secretary and DGP, appointments in the Chief Minister’s Office, formation of the capital, division of employees between the two states and others came up for discussion.

I.Y.R.Krishna Rao accompanied Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday.

The TDP president is also doing exercise on the appointment of other key officials in the state. Present DGP B.Prasada Rao may be posted as the Principal Secretary of Home. Ajay Prakash Sawhney may be the principal secretary in the CMO. Other IAS officers like Giridhar and Sai Prasad may be appointed in some other key posts.
