Ishant Sharma Steals Glory In County Debut For Sussex
Out of favour India fast bowler Ishant Sharma might have lost his place in the Indian team of late, but he is currently busy producing some fiery pace bowling performances in English County cricket. While everybody is busy following the IPL 2018 matches, the tall Delhi bowler caught the eye of cricket enthusiasts, when he picked up five wickets in a recent game in the Specsavers County Championship for Sussex.
Ishant, who ended the game with impressive bowling figures of 5-69, was effective in dismissing experienced England Test team members, Jonathan Trott and Ian Bell. Apart from these batsman, he picked up the wickets of Wilfred Rhodes, Adam Hose and wicket-keeper batsman Tim Ambrose.

This match-winning performance by Ishant would definitely make him a favourable contender in the Indian Test squad that would travel to England for a five match series in August this year.
