INTACH, T Govt pair up to promote heritage
Hyderabad: Telegana government has recently taken up the tourism drive to promote Telegana districts, in collaboration with INTACH .The drive appeals various individuals to send in digital or old pictures of historical places, buildings, Parks, Parsi fire temple, Temples Churches, Mosques, Darga, Sarais and major landmarks.
This includes Lakes, Gardens, Ancient trees and other scared places. The government has targeted schools, colleges and University in order encourage them to create and participate INTACH Heritage club.
The requirements include the location as in Village,Mandel and/or District and a brief description that include history, signification and other details.
