Injustice to AP: Cong to organise Chalo Delhi on March 12, 13. 14

Hyderabad: Demanding special status to Andhra Pradesh and implementation of all the promises given in the AP Reorganisation Act, the Congress Party will present a memorandum containing one crore signatures to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. to mark the event, Chalo Delhi would be organised on March 12, 13 and 14.

Former MLA Malladi Vishnu said the Central Government has cheated the people of the Andhra Pradesh. He said all that the prime minister gave to the people of Andhra Pradesh was fistful of soil and a glass full of water. None of the promises have been fulfiled and he has dashed all the hopes of the people of Andhra Pradesh.

He said the APCC had collected ‘one crore signatures’ in protest against the injustice to Andhra Pradesh and that these would be presented to Prime Minister Modi on March 14.

Former MLA Malladi Vishnu, president of Mahila Congress Sunkari Padma, general secretaries S.N. Raja, Akula Srinivas Rao, Misala Rajeshwara Rao and NSUI president Rajiv Ratan were among the attendees of the meeting.
