Illegal money lenders arrested in Old City
Hyderabad: As many as 56 persons were rounded up from various parts of Old City area on Monday on the charge of illegal financing, police said.Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Zone) V Satyanarayana said a special drive was conducted against these illegal money-lenders, and cases were registered against 30 of them.
These people lent money by charging exorbitant interest and accepting collateral security, he said.
