Hoardings? or bolt from the blue??

Even as the Hyderabad High Court directed the AP and Telangana government to take immediate steps to remove unauthorized banners, flexies, cut-outs and hoardings, Panjagutta flyover continues to have more and more flexies hanging precariously from the pillars of the flyover.

If they come unstuck for some reason, they could cause injuries to the travelers below the flyover. The inaction of the GHMC in removing those flexies is leaving the commuters perplexed.

Though the GHMC officials have launched a drive to remove the flexes in the city, several hoardings remained untouched. Recently, a two-wheeler driver suffered minor injuries on his head when he was hit by a hoarding near Khiratabad.
