High Court rejects bail to Gali Janardhan Reddy

The High Court on Thursday rejected the bail petition of mining baron and former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, an accused in the illegal mining case involving his Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC).

This was the fourth bail petition moved by Gali Janardhan Reddy in the OMC case.  He is also facing charges of bribing a CBI judge for granting bail.  The court rejected the bail petition of another accused and Managing Director of the OMC BV Srinivasa Reddy.
