Hearing on Mopidevi bail plea adjourned

The CBI special court, on Wednesday, adjourned the hearing on the bail petition of former Excise And Prohibition minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Rao, to 27th August.
Mopidevi is one of the accused in the Vanpic case and is lodged in the Chanchalguda jail.
Incidentally, this is the third bail petition moved by Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Rao in the special court.
It is worth mentioning here that the CBI has also charge-sheeted the R&B Minister, Dharmana Prasad Rao, who has since resigned and whose resignation is yet to be accepted.
