HC directs AP government to reply of land-pooling

The contentious issue of capital lands in Andhra Pradesh has reached the portals of High Court.
Farmers from Mangalagiri and Tadepalli that fall within the jurisdiction of the proposed AP capital have approached the court and petitioned that the government was forcibly trying to taken their lands.
Admitting the petition, the HC has issued notices to the AP's advocate general to file a reply. The court will again hear the case on Monday.
