Harikrishna embarrassed by TDP's spoilt reputation
It was an embarrassing moment for Rajya Sabha member and late NTR's son Harikrishna on Wednesday. He felt harassed when members from the opposition party questioned him on the absence of his party MPs from the FDI voting session in the Rajya Sabha.
He felt that the reputation of the Telugu Desam Party had suffered a blow following two incidents—One, the row over installation of NTR statue in Parliament and two, 3 MPs' abstinence from the FDI voting session due to some frivolous excuses!
Apparently, Harikrishna was depressed when other MPs asked him if his party was sold to the Congress, which is why the MPs hadn't bothered to vote. To add to his misery, the rift within the family over credit for getting the statue of his father installed in the premises of Parliament has made him sad too.
