Govt has failed in relief operations: YSRCP

The YSR Congress party feels that the government has failed to estimate the gravity of the consequences of Nilam.

The government's disaster management and relief operations in the cyclone-hit regions in the state too are far from satisfactory, asserted the members of YSRCP.The YSRCP central committee on Friday met to discuss the devastation left by the storm Nilam and the government's lack of seriousness in dealing with the issue.
The meeting which took place at its honourary president, YS Vijayamma's residence, Lotus Pond was attended by party workers, MLAs and MLCs.
The party members expressed their disapproval over the rehabilitation measures undertaken by the government in this regard.
