Governor is the stumbling block: CPI

Tirupati:  In a scathing attack on Governor of twin Telugu states ESL Narasimhan, CPI senior leader K Narayana said he was the biggest stumbling block for the progress of Telugu people.

Talking to mediapersons on Wednesday at Tirupati, he said the solution lay not in changing the governor but in changing the whole system. 

He was also critical of the BJP government at the centre in the Lalit Modi affair. He said it was wrong on the part of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to help Lalit Modi, accused of corruption and money laundering. He said the tainted NDA ministers should not be given an opportunity to explain their stand in Parliament.
