Geeta faces flack for anti-YSRCP remarks

Kurupam MLA Pushpa Srivani blasted Araku MP Kothapalli Geetha on Wednesday.

Speaking to reporters in Vijayanagaram, she said, “YSRCP president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy is giving so much preference for women leaders in our party. It is not proper for Geetha to criticize YSRCP leaders while being close to some other party after getting elected on YSRCP ticket.”

“Many persons were killed in Chennai building collapse recently. Some of them hail from Geetha's constituency. Why did not she visit the families of the victims till now?” asked Srivani.

Srivani advised the MP to allocate her time for problems of the people than for talking politics.

“If Geetha wants to criticize YSRCP, she can do so after leaving the party,” said Srivani.
