Hyderabad: Contract nurses at Gandhi Hospital have intensified their strike on fourth day by boycotting duties demanding regularisation of their jobs. They are upset by the police issuing notices to 90 of the agitating nurses.

The agitation began on Saturday in which 200 contract nurses took part. It may be recalled that last year too, contract nurses staged protest demanding regularisation of their jobs.

We want the government to pay heed to our just demands and regularise our jobs. The Government should pay us a monthly salary of Rs 28,900
