Follow SC guidelines on arrests, bind-over cases: HC

Reacting on the House motion filed on the illegal confinements and release of TJAC leaders on the eve of ‘Chalo Assembly’, the State High Court on Friday made it clear that it could not issue further orders as there were already Supreme Court directives on the bind-over cases and arrests. 

The HC bench comprising Justice Kalyan Jyothy Sen Gupta, Chief Justice of High Court and Just S V Ramana made this ruling on the House petition on Friday. The Bench directed the DGP Dinesh Reddy to act according to CRPC rules.
