Woman held in financial fraud of Rs 270 cr

A woman was taken into custody for cheating investors to the tune of Rs 270 crore in Chittoor on Friday.
Woman Sukanya, wife of John Prabhakar, founder of HIM company, had collected Rs 270 crore as a treasurer of the company from the investors in Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, was arrested at Chandragiri in Chittoor district. The CID police shifted her to Nellore and produced her in the court. She along with her husband collected deposits from the people and is on the run after closing down the business.
