Fog in Shamshabad Airport Delays Flights

Hyderabad: Dense fog disrupted flight operations at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Thursday. Several flights are running late due to the fog and the poor visibility even in the afternoon.

The fog hit the operations of flights scheduled to depart to Chennai, Mumbai Abu Dhabi and Bengaluru. This is the first time this winter that fog has hit the flight services at the airport located at Shamshabad, about 25 km away from the city.
