Flexi war between Congress activists, Samaikyandhra supporters

MP Kanumuri Bapi Raju's supporters and Samaikyandhra supporters have entered into a heated argument at Akavidu in West Godavari district.

Hundreds of protesters demanding the resignation of the MP, erected a flexi which has lines 'Chudu Pinnamma Padu Pillodu Rajinama Cheyanantunnadu'.

Some protestors were seen throwing slippers and eggs at the flexi. First there was a verbal fight between two groups and later it leads to the physical fight between them.

As the scuffle ensued between the two groups, police had to intervene. They also physically tried to evict the agitators. This resulted in a tense situation and the police had to resort to a mild lathi charge to control the situation.
