Fake Currency Circulation Gang Arrested in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: A gang of 13 persons circulating fake currency in the denominations of Rs1,000 and Rs500 was arrested red-handed in Vijayawada on Saturday.The fake currency worth Rs8 lakh, three bikes and their communication gadgets were seized.

The gang was operating under the leadership of one Akula Venkatakrishna Seshubabu, who was removed from service while working in railways a few years ago, is reported to formed the gang of his own for the fake currency circulation supplied by a Bangladesh gang.
