Kalyan Ram: I Dedicate Success Of 118 To My Father

Kalyan Ram is ecstatic with the huge success of his latest outing, 118. The movie which released in theatres on March 1 across the globe earned rave reviews from the critics and the audience as well.

Celebrating the movie's run at the box office, the team of 118 held a success meet in Hyderabad on Saturday. Kalyan Ram along with the makers of the movie thanked the audience repeatedly for encouraging the movie particularly the genre.

118 features Nivetha Thomas and Shalini Pandey in the lead roles opposite Kalyan Ram.

Actor Kalyan Ram thanked technicians and every department of the production team, particularly the teams who took care of the ground works during the filming.

While mementos were presented to the entire team during the success meet, the actor, in a heartwarming gesture, chose to take his '118' memento from the technicians of the movie.

Nivetha Thomas, who received splendid reviews on her performance too thanked the team and the audience particularly for the positive word of the mouth which contributed majorly to the movie's success. Shalini Pandey too thanked the makers for choosing her for such a brilliant script and the Telugu audience for warmly accepting the content.

Speaking on the success, Kalyan Ram thanked the makers for delivering a content-based movie and the audience for not just accepting the movie but also make it a huge success.

Remembering his father and late actor Nandamuri Harikrishna on the occasion, Kalyan Ram turned emotional and shared that he misses his father's positivity during his movie releases. Stating that his father will always be in their hearts, the actor further dedicated the success of 118 to him. Kalyan Ram also shared that he is proud to finally be called an artist with 118.

Directed by KV Guhan, the movie is produced by Mahesh S Koneru under the production company East Coast Production.
