On its opening day, trade pundits expected that Vinaya Vidheya Rama may not cross Rs 40 Crores share at the box office. Surprisingly, the movie has crossed Rs 60 Crores share and created record with an astounding figure. Though Vinaya Vidheya Rama met with disastrous results, the film has managed to beat the records of Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi and Mahesh Babu's Spyder. If sources are to be believed, Pawan Kalyan's back to back flops which include like-Katamarayudu. Agnyaathavaasi’s share was Rs 50 Crores which was a big figure for flop movies. Whereas Mahesh Babu's Spyder too went on collect over Rs 50 Crores . In this context, Vinaya Vidheya Rama has broken the records set by flop movies—Mahesh's Spyder and Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi by earning over Rs 60 Crores share. Ram Charan's Vinaya Vidheya Rama is bagging numero uno position among big budget movies which fizzled out at the box office.
Vinaya Vidheya Rama is directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced under the banners of DVV Entertainments by DVV Danayya. Kiara Advani and Vivek Oberoi are seen in prominent roles.
