Maharshi Teaser Release Date Locked

Superstar Mahesh Babu earned huge appreciation and accolades for his role as a chief minister in Bharat Ane Nenu. His performance was much talked about. Currently, Mahesh Babu is busy with the shoot of his most anticipated movie titled Maharshi. Mahesh Babu is putting all his efforts to get into the skin of his character. Mahesh Babu is all set to woo the audience as college student Rishi. The second poster from his movie has piqued the interest of the movie buffs.

Recently, it was rumoured that Mahesh Babu movie release date has been shifted from first week of April to last week of the same month. Earlier, the makers had planned to release the film on April 9 to cash in on summer holidays. However, according to latest reports, Maharshi is likely to be released in the last week of April to recreate the box office magic of Pokiri and Bharat Ane Nenu which hit theatres in the holiday season. Maharshi is a landmark movie for Mahesh Babu as it marks the actor’s 25th movie. The filmmakers, we hear, are planning to treat the audiences in March. If reports doing the rounds are anything to go by, the teaser of Maharshi is likely to be released on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. An official confirmation about the same is awaited though.

Maharshi is in its post-production stage. The dubbing and editing work on the movie is currently underway. The film is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju who is riding high on the success of latest Telugu release F2. Pooja Hegde will be seen as the female lead along with Allari Naresh in a pivotal role.
