Dowry harrasment drives newly-wed bride to suicide

Rani, a newly wed bride ended her life on Wednesday. The case of suicide was reported from Tharur Mandal in Mahbubnagar district.

The relatives allege that the victim died because of dowry harrasment. They began an agitation over Rani's death and demanded that action be taken against those responsible for driving her to take the extreme step.
