DL ridicules ‘Mana biyaam’ scheme

Health and Family Welfare Minister D.L.Ravindra Reddy on Wednesday made some satirical comments on Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy's 'Mana biyyam' (our rice) scheme.

He questioned the government that who owned the rice which was  supplied previously. He made these comments as the present scheme  is named  'Mana Biyyam'.

Now the government is saying it would give ‘quality’ rice, then what rice had  it given before?

Opposing  Telangana state, the Health Minister dismissed  reports that some leaders had received signals on the bifurcation of the state. He  also hoped that Centre would take decision on the issue soon.
