District Ministers Assigned Independence Day Celebrations
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday listed out the names of the ministers to hoist the National Flag in their respective districts for Independence Day. The CM took the call to make the celebrations a hassle-free as some districts are being represented by more than one minister.
The main celebrations will be held at Golconda Fort. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would pay homage to soldiers at Military Memorial (Veerula Sainik Smark) at Parade Grounds, following which he will unfurl the National Flag at the Golconda Fort at 10 am
The tricolor will be hoisted by Kadiyam Srihari in Warangal, T Harish Rao in Medak, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy in Nizamabad, Tummala Nageswara Rao in Khammam, Etela Rajender in Karimnagar, G Jagadish Reddy in Nalgonda, Jogu Ramanna in Adilabad, Jupally Krishna Rao in Mahbubnagar and P Mahender Reddy in Ranga Reddy, the CMO said.
