Desam MLA surrenders in Eluru court

Telugu Desam party MLA from Denduluru in West Godavari district Chintamaneni Prabhakar surrendered before the family court at Eluru on Wednesday.
He was remanded to judicial custody till March 6.A case has been filed under Section 341,332, 506 and read with 34 against Prabhakar for manhandling Pedavegi Sub-Inspector of police. The MLA's gunmen were also booked in the case.
