Defamation case against Andhra Jyothi MD RK

TRS leader and Sircilla MLA K Tarakarama Rao on Monday filed a defamation case against the Andhra Jyothi newspaper & TV MD Radhakrishna for propagating false stories against him.

He filed a defamation suit in the Nampally court alleging that the media has carried false news stories tarnishing his image.

There are several cases pending against Radhakrishna in various courts.

Earlier also in June, Radhakrishna had appeared before the AP High Court in connection with the contempt case.
