Jyothi Murder: Lover Hatched Plan To Eliminate Her
Guntur/Tadepalli Rural: New information has come to the fore in the Angadi Jyothi murder case. Jyothi was brutally murdered in Amaravati Township near Mangalgiri Navuluru on February 11.
In this case, police are investigating the role of Jyoti's boyfriend, Srinivasa Rao. On Saturday, police arrested two friends of Srinivasa Rao and are interrogating them. According to the reports, Srinivasa Rao planned to get rid of Jyoti with the help of his friends. The police are looking for evidence.
As per the details given by Srinivasa Rao's friends, the couple had been having arguments over marriage, a few days before the murder. While Jyothi pushed for marriage, Srinivasa Rao, instead threatened to share intimate photos of her on social media. Jyothi nevertheless continued to pursue the subject of marriage with Srinivasa Rao. In this regard, he took Jyothi to Amaravati Township on his bike on February 11.
Srinivas Rao's friends claimed that they attacked as per his plan. They were asked to hit Srinivasa Rao with a rod once and then repeatedly attack Jyothi. While the two friends shared that they threw the rod in Buckingham Canal under the Kottur Railway bridge near Sitanagaram in Tadipelli limits, the police have not been able to trace it. Even Jyothi's handbag and cell phone, crucial pieces of evidence are still missing.
