Guntur Woman Kills Husband In Sleep to continue extra-marital affair

Guntur: Guntur police arrested Chukka Swarna Latha of Sirangipalem for killing her husband, Chukka Yesuratnam Babu when he was sleeping.

The shocking part of this murder was that she chopped off his private parts after hitting him on the head with stone in a fit of rage.It is not clear if she killed him because of a fight or whether he was opposed to her having an illicit relationship with another man in the village which lead to his murder. The incident took place in Sirangipalem of Phirangipuram mandal in the district.

Phirangipuram sub-inspector of police S Ujwal Kumar, said that the victim Chukka Yesuratnam (27) was sleeping in the house when his wife killed and bobbitised him (chopped of his private parts )with a sickle leading to his death.

The couple have two children and were sleeping in the other room when the incident took place. On hearing the commotion their neighbours rushed to the house and found Yesuratnam bleeding all around his private parts . Police have registered a case and shifted the body to Guntur Government Hospital for post-mortem.
