Court orders police to file case against Minister Narayana - Sakshi Post

A court in Vijayawada ordered police on Tuesday to file a case against Andhra Pradesh Minister for Municipal Administration P.Narayana.

Vijayawada First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mohd.Rafi, has ordered Machavaram police to register cases of cheating and others on Suraiah, Principal of Narayana IIT Olympiad School at Mogalrajpuram in the city.

Ita Ramalingeswara Rao is working as a Superintendent of Central Excise at Visakhapatnam. He admitted his son into the school in 8th class in June 2010.

The version of Ramalingeswara Rao is such that the Principal of the school asked him to pay an amount of Rs.90,000 suddenly. He said that he had a prior agreement with the principal for an amount of Rs.85,000 only.

The official gave a private complaint in the court after the principal could not give a proper explanation for sudden increase in fee and for insulting him.

With this, the court ordered the police to file complaint against Narayana and Suraiah.
