Cops quiz Obulesu's father

The Porumavilla police of YSR Kadapa district on Thursday grilled the father of the ex-Greyhound policeman who opened fire from a stolen AK-47 on K Nityananda Reddy at KBR park on Wednesday.

Obulesh was taken into custody by the police at the Kurnool-Anantapur district border on Wednesday night from a Bengaluru-bound bus.
According to reports, Obulesu's father Mikheel told the police that he has no contact with him for the past two years. He reportedly told the police that he was not sure if the arrested person was indeed her son.
Obulesu belongs to Tiruvengalapuram of Porumavilla mandal in YSR district.
It is learnt that the villagers of Porumavilla are refusing to speak about Obulesu.
