'Congress looks like a fish out of water'
“The position of Congress party, which lost power in the recent general elections, is looking like a fish out of water,” commented Union Minister for Urban Development M.Venkaiah Naidu.
He participated as the chief guest in the birthday celebrations of Syam Prasad Mukherjee at the party office at Nampalli in Hyderabad on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that BJP was against religion based reservations.
He commented that some tough decisions are necessary to put the economy on track.
“Syam Prasad Mukherjee sacrificed his ministerial berth itself once he had some differences of opinion with the then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. If he had lived for some time, Kashmir problem would have been solved,” said Venkaiah Naidu.
