Congress leader Chiranjeevi tried for TDP ticket !

The senior leaders in any party generally try to get ticket to some of their followers on behalf of their respective parties. But, here is one typical case.

A top leader in the state belonging to a national party called the president of a regional party to request the ticket to one of his followers from the latter’s party.

The name of the leader is Chiranjeevi and the party from which he tried for ticket is TDP.

Background of the incident is like this. After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, several Congress leaders from Seemandhra region are either rejecting or hesitating to contest on behalf of Congress party in the next elections.

As the situations are like this, one first time MLA from East Godavari district approached the megastar and requested him to try for ticket for him from TDP.

Without taking much time, Chiranjeevi called TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and requested him to allot ticket for the follower.

If the grapevines are to be believed, Chandrababu thrilled to get the request from the megastar and sanctioned the ticket!
