Congress concedes to Telangana to score over YSRCP

Shiv Sena spokesperson and MP Sanjay Rao told a national news channel that Congress conceded Telangana as it felt threatened by rising popularity of YSR Congress party.

 Sanjay Rao is also editor of the Shiv Sena mouthpiece in marathi 'Saamna'.
