Congress advances core committee meet time

The Congress High Command in Delhi has decided to hold the Core Committee meeting one hour before the scheduled time.

According to reliable sources, the timing of the crucial meeting was advanced given the fact that several matters will come up for discussion.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy met Congress president Sonia Gandhi. It is learnt that they  discussed how to go about the meeting. The meeting lasted for ten minutes.

CM's meeting with Sonia Gandhi gains significance as there are only a few hours left for the meeting to begin.
