Collapsed Film Nagar Building Was Yet To Receive GHMC Approval: FNCC President Rama Rao
Hyderabad: Top honchos of Film Nagar Cultural Center (FNCC) admitted to Banjara Hills police on Monday that they carried out the construction work even without getting the approval from GHMC.
FNCC president K S Rama Rao and Secretary Rajasekhar Reddy were served notice under section 41 of the CrPC following which they appeared before the police
“The accused said that they have applied for permission and waited for a month to get approval but then as the GHMC didn’t grant permission they went ahead with the construction,” said a police officer.
