Co-operative elections: YSRCP activist killed
It's a known fact that co-operative elections is bugged by factionalism. The controversy took an ugly turn last night when YSRCP member, Kadimetla Krishna was brutally murdered at Sweeper colony, Done town in Kurnool district.
Four unknown persons attacked Krishna with lethal weapons and stabbed him to death last night. According to reports, the YSRCP activist died on the spot. The four culprits fled from the spot.
It is learnt that the victim's father had filed a nomination for the post of society director in Venkatanayini Palle. Speculation is rife that one of his opponents is behind the murder of the YSRCP member. The murder has also created fear among localities in the area, which is gearing up for the co-operative elections.
