Child Convict Held, Rs 5 Lakh Worth Goods Seized

Hyderabad: The Hayath Nagar police arrested a 'child convict with law' here today. The juvenile is said to have been involved in many thefts under the Saroor Nagar police station limits since sometime. The police have seized goods worth Rs five lakhs from his possession. The goods include 14 tolas of gold jewellery, half kilogram of silver, a laptop, iPad and a mobile phone. Hayath Nagar police have arrested the child convict and further investigation is being done.

Habitual Offender Arrested

The Saroor Nagar police have today arrested a habitual offender, Yusuf Hussain for various thefts in the region. Hussain is also involved in different ATM thefts that have been committed in different districts of the state. He has been eluding the police for a long time. The police arrested him and Rs 98,000 cash was seized from him.

2 Cell Phone Thieves Held

The Vanasthalipuram police have arrested two cell phone thieves today. The duo have been involved in various cell phone robbery cases in the Vanasthalipuram region. The police arrested them and seized 12 cell phones, a Honda Activa bike and Rs 4000 cash.
