Babu to end padayatra after his birthday?

Congress might be floored by the TDP's decision to not support the no-trust vote. However, people aren't amused at all. The latest bit of news for all Naidu's fans is a big dampener.

If reports are to be believed, TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to cease his 'Vastunna Meekosam' Padayatra from April 20, which happens to be his birthday.

Party sources say that Naidu preferred bus yatra instead of padayatra. His padayatra will reach Visakhapatnam district and he will organise a public meeting there before putting an end to his foot march. Naidu is expected to pursue his next phase of yatra in the specially designed bus.

Meanwhile, the TDP president said on Tuesday that the next one year has to be treated as emergency period, while appealing to his party workers to work hard. He was addressing the party workers as part of his padayatra at Chandravaram village in Chagallu mandal of West Godavari district. He called upon the party leaders to work for the party setting aside their egos.
