Chandrababu Cancels UK Tour After Organisers Demand Changes in His Presentation

Though KTR uses them more now, it is a well established fact that Chandrababu is very fond of his presentations. From archaic PPTs to assisted videos, he’s made use of them all. His audience has been quiet varied too – from college students to district collectors to visiting dignitaries and participants at international business promotions, he’s had them all and charmed them all.

It is not without reason that he was called ‘hitec babu.’ So when he ordered his administration for a presentation about Amaravati that showcased advanced technologies and processes that were to be employed in building his landmark capital city, he was perhaps expecting to captivate his audience with his technology prowess and brand himself at the international trade fair that he was invited attend in Britain later this month.

He was however in for a rude shock! The presentation that was submitted to the British organizers didn’t go down well with them. They sent back riders asking the government to come up with what has actually been achieved at ground level and not imaginary mock ups about what they were planning to implement here.

This unexpected twist in the narrative appears to have made Babu sweat. What if they ask probing questions, questions about the farmers, about the policies and criticisms, about the ranking in the corruption index? Babu would definitely not be able to be as adept at ‘managing’ an international audience, as he quiet comfortably does so at home.

Solution? Cancel participation and send someone else instead.
