CBI Seizes Kejriwal Office after Raids

New Delhi: In a stunning development, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seized the office of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday morning. The CBI, which investigates only cases involving large scale corruption by people occupying prominent places or offenses of massive impact, conducted raids on firebrand CM's office at around 10am. It was Kejriwal who first broke the news to the world through his Twitter handle and called the raids as an act of cowardice by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He called Modi a psychopath and this act of cowardice was an indication of Modi's inability to face him politically.

However, an unattributed CBI clarification on the raids said: "The search was conducted in the office of Rajender Kumar in a disproportionate assets case. Since this office is also located in the same premises, it was misunderstood as a raid on Kejriwal's office."

More details are awaited.
