CBI files memo for custody of Dharmana, Sabita

CBI on Friday filed memos in the CBI special court at Nampalli seeking judicial custody of former ministers Sabita Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao in connection with the quid pro quo case.
The Nampalli court adjourned the hearing on the memos to June 21. Taking the cognizance of the fifth chargesheet,Sabita was summoned to court on Friday along with 11 others. She was charged with allotting 407 acres in Kadapa district as a minister for mines. Dharmana Prasada Rao too was facing charges in Vanpic case.
