Botsa, Shankar Rao discuss political developments

PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana on Wednesday called on former minister and Congress MLA P Shankar Rao, who was admitted to hospital in Hyderabad after he was detained by police for questioning in a land grabbing case.

It is learnt that Botsa discussed with Shankar Rao the political developments in the state. As Shankar Rao's daughter is making allegations against the CM that Kiran Kumar Reddy was behind the episode, Botsa visited the former minister a few days late.

Meanwhile, Shankar Rao's brother-in law Peddapalli MP G. Vivek met deputy CM Damodar Rajanarasimhan on Shankar Rao's issue. He is also said to have criticized the CM.
