Bodo militants strike again, kidnaps AP engineer in Chiran

An engineer, employed with Bollineni Seenaiah and Co. was abducted by some Bodo militants from Madapur forest area in Chiran district.

Ankan Rao, who hails from Jagarlamudi of Prakasham district, was traveling in a bus to Power Grid Corporation’s camp when the incident took place. 
According to reports, the kidnappers are yet to make any demands. After hearing the news, Rao's family, including his two daughters, was plunged into grief. 
This is not the first time that a AP engineer is being kidnapped by Bodo militants. Earlier as well, two engineers were kidnapped and were released only after a month.
