Bhuma praises 'impartial' speaker

There were peels of laughter in the AP legislative assembly when YSRCP MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy passed comments on the 'impartial' behavior of Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad.

He said the Speaker is so impartial that he is not even smiling at the Opposition members. This has brought smiles and even speaker couldn't help laughing. 

Later, the YSRCP MLA urged the speaker to conduct the house in a peaceful manner and give a chance to the opposition members to raise their voice.
